Even if these were only isolated cases, we are taking the matter very seriously. I am therefore contacting you directly, as your Loft may also be affected. We are working hard to find a solution and will deliver an optimized connecting part as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your Loft clothes rail for a long time to come. This optimization will make your LOFT even more stable than ever before.
We will send you the spare parts as soon as possible. For safety reasons, we ask you not to use the clothes rail until then. Our entire team is working on the solution and we expect to provide you with an optimal solution in 4-6 weeks.

2. You will automatically receive the optimized parts and a small gift for your trust. Expected in 4-6 weeks.
3. Installation of the new parts to make your clothes rail even more stable.
If your delivery address has changed, please send us your new address by replying to the email you received.
If you cannot wait for the more stable parts, we would also like to offer you to send your model back and choose another model and get a 30% discount on it.
If you no longer want your LOFT, we can also offer you to send it back and you will receive a voucher (or refund) for the full purchase price. To do this, please fill out the form and send it back to the e-mail you received.
